22 Jan 2009 - Ben Mckenzie's new TV show, which is now called "Southland" is expected to premiere on NBC on 9 April 2009. Here's 2 very small promo pictures:

Josh Schwartz had this to say: "Finally, asked if he was going to tune into "Southland," Schwartz said, "For Ben? Yeah! I just saw him. He's looking very sharp in a suit tonight. Definitely -- very excited for him."

NBC ORDERS 6 EPISODES OF "POLICE ("LAPD")

Ben McKenzie's new show "Police", which was called "LAPD" has been given 6 episodes so far...

From LA Times: Well, it looks as if John Wells' latest project may materialize sooner than expected. Earlier this week, we wrote that NBC was having trouble cutting a deal with Warner Bros. Television for "Police" (formerly "LAPD"), the new project from Wells of "ER" fame. The two sides were said to be far apart on financial terms and the number of episodes to be ordered, increasing chances that the deal could fall through. But now comes word that NBC has picked up six episodes of the show in a deal that, according to Variety, may include additional episodes of "ER," which is due for its finale this season.

MISCHA DESCRIBES HER CHRISTMAS MEMORIES!

My Christmas's with my family have always been fairly traditional. Christmas dinners with turkey, gravy, sage and onion stuffing, peas, carrots and parsnips. There would also be green vegetables and roasted potatoes followed by Christmas pudding with brandy cream on top. We would always have a fully decorated Christmas tree with all the gifts stuffed beneath it on Christmas morning. My fondest memory when I was a child was that every Christmas morning, gifts would magically appear under the tree and what was funny was that the gifts would almost be scattered in a trail and footprints would be leading into the room hinting that they had been delivered by none other than St. Nick himself! Just when I began to suspect it was my parents they took it a step further and hired a Santa to come in! This Christmas, because I'm in India filming Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain, my family will be spending the holidays here with me! This will be a little different from all of our previous Christmas's but our goal is to at least manage a traditional Christmas dinner.

THE O.C 2ND YEAR CANELLATION ANNIVERSARY!

It's time for another new year without The O.C on our screens. Today, 3 January 2009, marks the 2nd year of the cancellation of The O.C. The show was cancelled on 3 Jan 2007 by Fox Networks. It's a really sad time for me and for all of you die-hard O.C fans. I dread this day every year because I know that today, 2 years ago, a part of my life was cancelled along with The O.C. Rest in Peace 'The O.C', you will never be forgotten by the people whom you had a big impact on.

Happy New Year to all The O.C fans. In this post, I have included the ending sequence to The OC Season 1 Episode 14: "The Countdown". It's one of my all-time favourite episodes and it relates to new year, so I thought I'd include it in the post.
